  • Juniors & Seniors – please email Ms. Myer & Cassie with your dual credit classes so Cassie can add them to your schedule for 2nd semester.
  • If you are going to eat with your child at the Christmas meal (Dec. 18th), please let the kitchen know by Friday, December 15th. 
  • Student Council will meet tomorrow, Tuesday December 12 during lunch.

Yearbook picture schedule:

  • GBB & BBB – Tuesday, December 19th
  • Juniors & Seniors - Please see Ms. Myer if you are interested in Dual Credit for the Spring Semester that starts in January. You can find courses on SDMyLife site (link is on the Leola School webpage.)
  • Yearbook will meet after school Tuesday, December 12 to work on drafting pages for the yearbook.

National Title I Distinguished School


Each year, only two schools in the state receive this national recognition. As a result, this is a particularly impressive honor for the students, staff, parents, and community. Leola Elementary School received this prestigious honor based on category two; closing the achievement gap between student groups.
